Requirement & Design Finalization
We understand your application, size, puller and finish requirements. A sample is shared for your approval before production.
Tooling & Material Preparation
Precision moulds are engineered and calibrated for zamac sliders.Certified raw materials are sourced and pre-checked to ensure consistency.
Production & Finishing
Sliders are cast tumbled, and assembled. Electroplating/painting are applied as per your specifications.
Quality Check & Dispatch
Each lot undergoes AQL sampling for pull strength, torque, corrosion, and colorfastness. Approved goods are packed, barcoded, and shipped on schedule.
